Looks like the queen of outrageous has some stiff competition, especially at this year's American Music Awards. These days, it seems female singers need more than just brilliant vocal chords to make an impact on the entertainment industry. And it's not just Rihanna or Katy Perry anymore. These budding superstars are proving they've got what it takes to be the next Lady Gaga.
One of the pioneers of the sexually outrageous movement, Fergie does it once again and stands out from the crowd with furry shoulder pads and a feathery hem added to her royal blue statement mini. The blue and black combination dress is Falguni and Shane Peacock.

I remember watching an episode of The City where Olivia Palermo was trying to find the perfect accessories for Ke$ha's outfit on the cover of Elle. The bleached blonde singer told Palermo and Mr. Joe Zee, "If it comes from a trash can, I'll wear it." Looks like she meant the trash bag, too. Ke$ha struts her stuff in a dress that look like it was literally made out of a shredded trash bag. Kudos to her for sticking to what she likes, but the greasy hair and embellished eyebrows are too much for me.
Let's get theatrical! Nicki Minaj is slowly giving Gaga a run for her money! The over-the-top singer wore a Manish Arora Spring 2011 dress which was only enhanced by her two toned hair, the green bottom of which looked like it was a bolero added to the dress. She definitely pulled it off but we're not sure how she sat in it!
We know Phoebe Price is always trying to make a statement with her wardrobe but she never does it quite right. This dress is just a bunch of patterned patches haphazardly sewn together to create something that's supposed to look like she's out-of-the-box but instead looks like she's trying too hard! Next!
Willow Smith
I'm wondering how much involvement Willow Smith has in picking out her clothes. I'd say quite a bit, because she was this way right from the start even when her mom and brother (and famous father, of course!) were much more classic. That's why I believe this stylish little singer has a great future in fashion and I can't wait to see what she does next!

I love Fergie !! She has my vote. She doesn’t have to be a “Lady GaGa”…she already is a “lady”.
