The preview for this episode of The Real Housewives Of Dallas hints Brandi (an ex-Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader) will get raunchy at a strip joint. Shoot me now. I figure if even 20% of the women who watch this show read this review, it will have been read by 10 people. The show is that bad.
I’m going to bounce around a lot because that’s what happens during these shows, so bare with me.
The military trend is nothing new. In fact it’s been in style for at least 10 years, and come to think of it…back in the 80’s I wore a ton of camouflage and army greens. I digress. Yet, this is the first time in a long time, military has been deemed a trend for spring/summer. They are calling it “utilitarian” but it’s basically military. Utilitarian simply means “designed to be useful or practical rather than attractive (which one finds in the military).” Well I find the look very attractive, very wearable and luckily it’s very on trend!
Spring ’16 is a turning out to be a big nod to the seventies – in both fashion and footwear. One trend we are noticing in a huge way is laser-cut shoes. They run the gamut from espadrilles to booties to sneakers, booties, shooties, and everything in between. They are so cool (literally) since they get a little air on your feet in the hot summer heat! Slip on a pair of block heel laser-cut mules to wear with faded flare jeans or try a pair of lace-up flats with a boho maxi dress. So cut yourself a slice and get some laser-cut shoes now.
Drama Alert! After a cigarette break (who still smokes?) we are back to the bra fitting party – where we left off from last week on the Real Housewives of New York. Jules is going team Dorinda and not Bethenny because Dorinda got her on the show. Mistake. Anyway, these bra fitters are probably like “these bitches are wild animals.” The claws are out!
Much to my husband’s chagrin, I’m that woman who shares TMI. Well, I’m sorry, but there are things women don’t talk about so when something odd happens you are left to believe you are the only person on earth it is happening to. Well file this one under “shit women don’t really talk about.” (Honey, do not read on).
