Top Nike executive, Jan Singer, will become Chief Executive Officer of Spanx Inc. starting in July. Singer will report to the founder and owner of the company, Sara Blakely, and Gregg Ribatt, Interim CEO, will assist her through the transition. Singer has held various senior leadership roles at Nike where she is currently Corporate Vice President of Global Apparel, and prior to that, she was Corporate Vice President of Global Footwear. Earlier Singer served in key positions at Reebok, Chanel, Calvin Klein and Prada.
