Beauty is a Bitch Podcast: The Year In Review 2021

Wow! I was busy in 2021 with my side gig! I recorded 34 episodes of my podcast Beauty is a Bitch in one year! That was truly ambitious but there is a LOT to cover when it comes to growing younger. There are many secrets to be learned and new developments to be discussed. Here’s my Beauty is a Bitch podcast year in review for 2021.

Beauty is a Bitch Highlights 2021

I thought it would be prudent to lay them all out here, in one place. So you can pick and chose which ones to listen to (if you have not already). There are a few that I found to be surprising and “must-sees” or listens, if you will. Those would include S2 E1 with guest Amada Thebe who cuts through all the BS that is being thrown at us about menopause. Another favorite was S2 E3 with Dr. Ellen Gender where she blows my mind about sunscreens. Basically we are all wearing crappy sunscreen. She will set you straight. In S2 E8 I speak to Dr. Marc Ronert creator of Hush & Hush supplements. He shares how supplements (and which ones) are just as important if not more so as the products you apply to your skin in helping you live younger longer.

In S3 E5 I speak with Dr. Melina Jampolis about those herbs in your kitchen and how adding them to your foods consistently WILL help you live longer and better. One of the most unexpected and jaw-dropping episodes I did was S3 E13 with Dr. Ben Johnson. He explained how women are being poisoned slowly. It’s a must-hear episode. Knowledge is power and you will change a lot of the way you buy products and food once you listen. I had fitness expert Kim Schlag on three times this year but my favorite one with her is where she shares tips on how NOT to gain weight during the holidays, and it’s easier than you think. These tips will work all year, by the way.

YES! I LOOK FORWARD TO #GROWINGYOUNGER

PLEASE SUBSCRIBE ME TO YOUR MAILING LIST.

In my (biased) opinion I think all the episodes are fab and there is something critical to learn from every one. So if you have some free time, grab your headphones and go for some long walks. I’d be happy to join you.
