Do you have any fashion resolutions for 2022? My resolution is to dress up! I’m not talking about getting dressed up in evening wear, but I would like to have a few outfits ready that are polished and professional-looking. This doesn’t mean that I have to feel uncomfortable wearing them either! Yes, we have learned a lot about comfortable styling after staying in so much over the last few years. But I don’t want to live all of my life in joggers and sneakers. There’s something empowering about being dressed up and put together. This sweater dress outfit with mid-heeled knee high boots is easy to wear and gives you the best of both worlds – comfort and style.
Dress Up Outfit High/Low Style
I put together this look with all high-end fashion and also with lower-priced look-alike pieces. You can go all high-end (pictured on the left), all low-priced (on the right) or mix and match from both sides for what is known as high-low styling. Take a look and you can decide for yourself.

I may never go back to wearing 4″ heels but block heel boots are (almost) as easy to wear as sneakers. The beauty of a knee high boot is they hide your legs, keep you warm and you don’t have to worry too much about the stockings you wear. I would wear a pair of tights under this sweater dress with high boots. The Padded Crossbody Handbag
