I know in some parts of the country we are still in a heat wave, but most of us are ready for sweater weather. I know when I’m searching for new fall pieces, I usually start with pants. I love to look at both jeans and some more dressy options that I can wear when I’m taking a trip to the office or want to look a little more polished. With so many options out there, it can make your head spin. But you can never go wrong with a simple and chic pair of slim straight leg pants paired with a skinny belt.

This classic, polished combination can become your fall wardrobe staple. Besides, it highlights two of our top fall fashion trends. So, let’s look at a few chic duos you can shop now.

This first combination is a completely obtainable option if you don’t already have anything similar in your closet.
