Who doesn’t love pepperoni pizza bites? Kids and adults alike! I think they’re one of the best game day snacks. But if you eat gluten-free, you probably don’t get to enjoy pizza very often, and that’s a shame.

Gluten-Free Deep Dish Pizza Bites
My family is usually up for pepperoni pizza anytime, anywhere. Over the years, I’ve come to love cauliflower crust and some gluten-free pizza crusts, but my family doesn’t feel the same way. In fact, my Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread was legendary and a favorite when my boys were little.
Since I’ve cut out most gluten, I wanted to come up with a gluten-free pizza recipe that tasted like the real thing and that everyone would enjoy.
Spoiler alert! The key ingredient in these pizza bites is Gluten-Free Bisquick. It’s one of my favorite gluten-free products, and it’s so easy to use. If you’re vegan or dairy-free, you can swap out the pepperoni and cheese for alternatives. But if I got rid of those, too, my family would rebel!
If you’re looking for a delicious, easy game day snack, these pizza bites are sure to please.
