Can anyone think of a better combination than the Vogue beauty department and Tom Ford?! Yeah, I didn’t think so. Thursday, August 16, Vogue is going to take over the Tom Ford beauty counter at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York. This dynamic partnership is for the first annual Beauty Editor’s Day (yes, it seems as if there is a day for everything). This day is an initiative that was created to benefit the organization, Look Good … Feel Better, that has been giving women battling cancer some much deserved beauty attention for the last 23 years.
Members of the Vogue beauty department will partner with Tom Ford beauty advisors for this event. Appointments will run every 20 minutes from 12:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. During these beauty sessions, the Vogue staff will be on hand to preview Tom Ford’s fall products like his limited edition color range, two new nail lacquers and a sneak peak at a new fragrance collection, Jardin Noir. Not to mention, there will be — gift bags!
Each appointment is a $30 donation fee and 100 percent of these proceeds will go to the Look Good … Feel Better organization.
