Green businesses rejoiced last Thursday as the Green Ribbon Gala took place at the swanky Bevy in River North. The event focused on recognizing and celebrating green businesses in Chicago and offered up a night filled with glam. All proceeds from the evening (via a raffle filled with some great prizes) when to Chicago Gateway Green. Ms. Illinois US, Amber Autumn, was present and made sure to speak about the cause to party-goers.

Before the evening ended, a fashion show of Chicago’s best eco-friendly and natural designs showcased collections by Stix and Roses, Silk Utopia by Crystal Brook, Victoria Larkin and looks from The Green Goddess Boutique.
