Roger Vivier can be credited with this shoe silhouette which was considered very new and different 1965, when it came down the Yves Saint Laurent runway. Actually that one had a square toe and looked more like a Pilgrim shoe with it’s large metal buckle. In fact the same shoes has been brought back this season, I digress. I just love my fashion history.
