Flash sales site Rue La La, has joined forces with “Cougar Town” actress Busy Philipps to curate a one-of-a-kind “Doing A Little Good” boutique. Set to launch March 1st at 11:00 a.m. EST, the boutique will feature Busy’s personally selected style finds for moms and kids. In turn, Rue La La is donating to Ms. Philipps’ charity of choice, the Step Up Women’s Network, in her name.
Busy, mom to 3-year old Birdie Leigh, is known for her casual, fun yet chic style which is reflected in the products she has hand-selected to be featured in her Rue La La boutique. Some of Busy’s favorite brands you will find include Twirl & Twigs, Alex Toys, Tibi and Ports 1961.
“Step Up Women’s Network is a phenomenal program that is very dear to my heart,” said Busy Philipps. “Through my ‘Doing A Little Good’ boutique I hope to raise awareness for the organization and encourage moms to enjoy shopping while helping to call attention to a great cause.” The Step Up Women’s Network Iis an organization that helps to motivate those who have faced abuse, addiction, and/or violence by providing them with resources needed for career advancement and after-school programs.
