Rejuvenate and Polish Your Skin for Summer with Skinn Cosmetics

Skinn Cosmetics Essential Radiance Body Wash and Scrub
Let me preface by saying my skin is dry to begin with, but my legs, feet and arms are particularly dry and were not ready for summer exposure until only about a month ago! But now I’m happy to report thanks to a few products from Skinn Cosmetics (along with warmer and more humid weather) I’m not as terrified to expose my skin in skirts, sleeveless tops and sandals! Here are the products that helped rescue my skin for summer.
Skinn Cosmetics Essential Radiance Sugar & Shea Butter Body Polish, $18.50
I knew I needed a body polish to exfoliate my dry and flaky skin, but I find most too aggressive and painful. This one is not too rough and almost immediately my skin felt smoother. I’ve been using it every other day for nearly a month and all those little dry bumps have dissipated! The scrub is comprised of natural ingredients like Shea Butter, Pistachio, Avocado, Olive and Hemp butter to soften skin and Pure Cane Sugar exfoliates, with exotic fruits like Acai Berry and vanilla planifolia fruit antioxidants that help address free radicals.
Skinn Cosmetics Essential Radiance Body Wash, $18.50
I adore this body wash because it leaves a touch of oil on my skin after I shower. The fragrance is a soothing scent of Green Tea Leaves blended with notes of White Peony, Rose, Pink Jasmine, fresh Lemon and Bergamot.
Foot Fetish Heel Balm
Skinn Cosmetics Foot Fetish Heel Balm, $22
I’ll let you in on a not so secret secret. I am a brown belt in Taekwando, so I am bare footed on a wooden floor several evenings a week when I’m in class. This is not easy on my feet resulting in callouses and cracked heels. My heels were becoming painful and pumices and foot creams were not doing the trick. I had high hopes for this heel balm and it did not let me down. The fragrance is amazing, like a Dreamcicle or an orange push-up pop (remember those?). It is a little greasy, but I like it that way! I used it several nights in a row and a few times with white socks to seal it in overnight. The pain went away after 2 applications and now I only use it a few times a week for maintenance. Formulated with Vitamin A, E, and C, Shea Butter, Meadowfoam Sead and Jojoba Oil for hydration, plus Salicylic Acid for exfoliation, this balm glides on like butter.
Skinn Cosmetics, Lipid Infusion, Moisturizing, Face Oil
Skinn Cosmetics Lipid Infusion Moisturizing Face Oil, $45
I wanted to try this face oil because my face needs moisture! For my (over 50 year-old) skin I like how it leaves a moist glowing finish, but I can tell it is made of natural ingredients because it has not caused any problems nor has it clogged my pores. It is made of a lightweight blend of Omegas and organic ingredients including Olive, Rosemary, Cucumber Extract and Cranberry. This concentrated facial oil is infused with a blend of antioxidants to help to protect your skin from aging free radicals.
