Looks For Less: Latest Fall Shoe Trends (Get Five Pairs for the Price of One!)

Fall is finally here! (You’re no doubt reminded of the changing season every time you walk by a Starbucks.) The air is getting that refreshing crisp scent and the leaves are starting to turn beautiful colors. With all the excitement of Fashion Month coming to an end, it’s time to start thinking about transitioning your wardrobe for the cooler weather and wrapping yourself up in layers of coziness. Of course, no outfit is complete without the perfect pair of shoes to match. The shoe trend I’m currently loving for autumn are pairs with velvet and lace or brocade. The unique textures keep your outfit interesting and add another layer of detail to your ensemble. There are many inexpensive options that perfectly nail the look and can be styled in countless ways. Many also incorporate other popular shoe styles, like mules or ballet flats with tie-up laces

NYFW Spring ’17 Top 10 Fashion Trends For Women Over 35

The New York Fashion Week Spring 2017 shows have ended and now that it’s all said and done I think the trends are playful and sophisticated (though not terribly unexpected). I’m looking forward to seeing them start to emerge in 2017. Here is a roundup of some of the most popular trends you’ll want to have in your closet once we’re clear of winter weather
