I have always had unfortunate nails. Paper thin. Can you use it with polish?
I have used it both ways. Alone and with polish. It works BETTER alone, but it still has improved the quality of my nails with polish as well. Hope that helps. It’s good to give nails a break from polish once in a while. I just buff them when they are naked.
