Son Jung Wan‘s spring 2014 collection was like getting a breath of fresh air. It included everything from crisp white jumpsuit to lightweight leather and glistening sequins and metallic beaded evening dresses. The details and the embellishments of her pieces are so well done that they never look overworked, but instead are light and effortless.
I had the pleasure of meeting her backstage before her presentation at New York Fashion Week. She told me her collection is for women of all ages, from 20 to 60 – or 70! “It can be for a mother and daughter who both want to look sexy!”
Here is a close-up look at the beautiful beading and linen fabrics of her spring ’14 collection.
