Summary: Crisp grid prints and pretty plaids added some much needed charm to the Timo Weiland Fall 2013 RTW collection. With its classic feel, I think that this collection was one of the best of the season. A live performance from Cable made the mood bright with an eclectic touch. Sheer mesh panels, chic cutouts and side slits added a bit of skin and sensuality, while the camouflage prints and muted tones kept it from becoming outrageous.
Styled with leather tassel earrings and jockey hats, the look came off more as “polished youth” than a gimmick. The otherwise clean looks added to the appeal of sheer paneling and streamlined silhouettes. Makeup was kept simple and hair had a bit of texture with a middle part.
