Dior and Harrods Plan a Fashion Collaboration Extravaganza
Dior and Harrods have partnered on a month-long collaboration at the landmark London department store. Kicking off this week, the project comprises of exclusive products, fabulous window displays, nine separate pop-ups, and a 50-seat café serving lobster sandwiches and cupcakes iced with illustrations of Dior’s iconic looks. The 33 window displays will incorporate London telephone and Queen’s guard booths, J’adore perfume bottles, and displays involving teddy bears, the mascot for Harrod’s.
“Like the house of Dior, Harrods is reputed for astounding and satisfying its elegant women all over the world,” said Sidney Toledano, president and CEO of Christian Dior. “The inspired collaboration with Harrods not only draws attention to Monsieur Dior’s relationship with the fabled department store but also affirms the house of Dior’s continued high standards via creation and discernment.”
