Designer Parfums is making its way into the premium skin-care market with the purchase of DDF Skincare from Procter & Gamble. The U.K.-based Designer Parfums announced they plan to work with Dr. Howard Sobel. Sobel will play a role in the marketing and development of present and future cosmetic products.
