Remember Ginny Hilfiger at our 7th in Chicago event…oh my God…almost two years ago? According to WWD breaking news…Aronsson Group LLC just purchased a stake in Ginny H, the fashion label started by Ginny Hilfiger and her husband Chris Mahl in 2005.
As part of its equity stake, Aronsson Group will partner with the designer and help her "determine the right capital strategy as we build the infrastructure, and global sourcing and distribution relationships the brand needs to grow further to the strategic plan we have created together," said Jeffry Aronsson, who co-founded Aronsson Group with Shauna Mei in 2006.
