Club Monaco on Damen was really hopping on Wednesday evening as they hosted a special event with our very own editors of Second City Style. On hand to give fashion tips and advice, we all found pieces, or shall I say full ensembles, that we coveted! Prosecco was pouring as we enjoyed delightful bites from Mindy’s Hot Chocolate, which is right next door to the boutique. Smilebooth was there for everyone to mug it up and there was a sign-up to win a $500 shopping spree! But the main attraction was the latest inventory, a neutral pallet with sharp contrasting black and navy, animal prints, fur, rich caramels and spikes of rich metallics. The craftsmanship of Club Monaco apparel is outstanding, and the mix of both classics and trends make the store a great resource. The Damen Avenue store carries women’s merchandise only! That’s all the better for us!
The editors of Second City Style felt right at home at this Bucktown boutique, and we know we will return. We have to, so we can see what’s new. Club Monaco updates their inventory monthly, and will update more frequently during the holiday season, on November 15th, December 1st and December 15th. See you there!
