Chicago Events. The Tenth Anniversary Celebration of The Driehaus Awards for Fashion Excellence

Third place winner Jessica Fitzgerald, Grand Prize winner Que Shebley, and Second place Laima Gaudinskas and their winning designs

Inese and Richard H. Driehaus, along with Driehaus Design Initiative, recently hosted The Tenth Anniversary Celebration of The Driehaus Awards for Fashion Excellence to a sold out crowd of 400 guests. The annual event, which launched in 2002, showcased the best student fashion designers from five Chicago-area colleges and universities. Raising more than $125,000 for the Chicago Fashion Incubator, this money will  provide emerging local designers the resources to launch their fashion careers – including workspace, curriculum and mentoring.
Que Shebley of International Academy of Design and Technology
