Chicago Event: Michael Kors Spring 2012 Trunk Show


Michael Kors hosted its Spring 2012 trunk show on October 24 and 25 at its 900 N. Michigan Avenue store.
Inspired by an African safari, the entire collection is WILD and SEXY. Michael Kors describes the line as “graphic photo realistic animal prints” and “an easy laid back attitude.” Some of the fabrics include distressed cashmere, linen and leather. Colors range from “warm sunset shades of amber, sienna and cinnabar” to “earth tones of limestone, olive and clay.”

For the lady who desires the crème de la crème of couture – the Antelope Multi-leopard Chiffon Embroidered Feather Gown retails for $12,995, the dress for $5,995.

For the lady who wants to be en vogue without breaking the bank – the Croc Horn Back Belt retails for $695, matching handbag for $1895.

For the lady who wants to look absolutely stunning in St. Barts or St. Tropez – the Antelope/impala/teak Leopard Chiffon V-neck Mallot Caftan will be a head turner.
