Celebrities are just like us! And during the ongoing coronavirus crisis, they, too, are self-quarantining and staying at home. Even so, fashion is still at their fingertips, whether it’s comfy pajamas or a couture look. More time at home means funky slippers, but it also means fashion shows for Instagram to pass the time. They are showing off their celebrity style at home.
Celebrity Style At Home
Style hasn’t gone completely out the window for celebs like Eva Longoria, Tracee Ellis Ross, Vera Wang and more. Instead, they’re making the most of the “new normal.” Here’s what they’re wearing at home:
Eva Longoria is getting real while social distancing. Recently, she braved the criticism and showed off her gray roots for a commercial touting L’Oreal Paris Root Cover Up. And now she’s showing off her #OrangeDream look with knit pieces, wedge heel sandals, and a glass of wine.
Jenna Dewan Celebrity Style at Home
Jenna Dewan has “graduated” from sweatpants to a dress, she says on her Instagram, and she wants the world to know it. Looking beautiful as she beams while holding up her baby Callum, her first child with American actor and singer Steve Kazee, the former backup dancer for Janet Jackson wears a striking Dunas mixed-print, v-neck silk dress by Johnny Was.
Quarantine day, anyone?
Fashion designer Vera Wang, looking absolutely gorgeous, has pride on her fingertips…literally! The Simply Vera by Vera Wang designer wore a rainbow manicure in honor of June 26, the anniversary of the day the Supreme Court legalized gay marriage in all 50 states. She also wore an Adidas sports bra and a pair of green and black Balenciaga leggings to go with her colorful nails.
“A historic day for EQUALITY & LOVE,” she wrote on Instagram. Can you believe this woman just turned 71?
Personally, I love Busy Phillips‘soutfit, but not sure just anyone can pull it off. In rocker girl style, she pairs a Debbie Gibson concert tee with a Dannijo slip dress and zebra-print R13 sneakers, that totally make the outfit (and cost a whopping $1,797!).
And now I’m realizing by her #tbt comment, that this is actually a throwback pic and I’m kind of sad, because I wanted this to be a look she rocked in quarantine. But alas…Busy writes, “In her quarantine cleaning, my mom found my Debbie Gibson t-shirt from her Electric Youth tour. MY FIRST CONCERT EVER. I can’t tell you how I excited I was (maybe you can tell) I loved Debbie Gibson so much.”
Debbie Gibson, we love you too. And especially that “vintage” concert tee.
Looks like you don’t need makeup (or a social event) to keep on shining – or make a statement. Singer Alicia Keys is telling everyone to continue shining “even if it’s from your living room.” Of course, she pairs that sentiment with a cool, holographic trench coat and incredible thigh-high boots. Looks like photoshoots for Ms. Keys don’t require a whole lot of cosmetics (she’s gorgeous without makeup), but they do require something that stands out.
Tracee Ellis Ross
Tracee Ellis Ross is certainly known for glamming it up, wherever she is, with bright eye makeup and enviable looks. At the beginning of May, she wore an airy bodysuit paired with chunky gold jewelry and sophisticated heels. And at the end of May, she traded in her light look for an animal print dress with strappy black heels. While she says the photos are from a while ago, she also notes that she finds herself in her kitchen often these days “in the exact same place doing the exact same thing.” Ahh #quarantinelife.
Never one to dress down, Lady Gaga practices social distancing with a tie-dye outfit from Scott Studenberg of Baja East and a fashion mask, complete with spikes. The pink mask, which matches nicely to her bright pink hair, says “Chromatica” for her 6th studio album. And Lady Gaga is ready to continue making an impression, both inside and out.
