I never really gave hair heat protectant much thought until recently because I normally let my hair air dry. However, this winter I have been using my InStyler to straighten my hair quite a bit (video) so I have found a heat protectant to now be a vital part of my hair routine.

I LOVE GUM! Gum is a treat for me. My husband hates it so I don’t chew it around him, but when I’m hungry I usually grab a piece of my beloved Trident Layers gum (have you tried the Swedish Fish flavor yet?) so I can stave off eating something bad for me.
