The Most Delicious Marry Me Chicken Recipe
Of course, my Marry Me Chicken recipe is the best…obviously. But really—who can resist a rich, creamy chicken dish like this?
The added bonus? This recipe is low carb, gluten-free, keto-friendly, and most importantly, family-friendly. It also comes together quickly, with just about 5 minutes of prep, making it perfect for busy weeknights.
The sauce is rich, garlicky, and incredibly flavorful, with tangy sun-dried tomatoes that take it to the next level. It makes plenty of extra sauce (which is a very good thing), perfect for spooning over the chicken and serving with pasta or cauliflower rice.
Add a simple vegetable and a good crusty bread, and you have a dinner that feels a little bit special—but is secretly so easy.
