Oh what joy!
ZARA was missing for a while at Block 37 (it was closed and I was so sad!) but now it has reopened and the store is bigger and better than ever! The new ZARA opened October 21st on the corner of Randolph and State Streets. I took a tour around the space on Thursday and it put a smile on my face. The new entrance is on State street and the spacious retail space is 27,000 square feet with panoramic city views! Chicago is now home to one of ZARA’s latest image concept stores, showcasing an elegant facade with its 195 feet transparent glass windows.

As beautiful as the store is on the outside, you’ll have plenty to look at inside, offering the full range ZARA’s Autumn/Winter 2016 collections in Woman, Man and Kids. If you don’t see your size on the floor, just ask! There is a lot of inventory and a ton of fashion forward reasonably priced apparel, shoes, jewelry and accessories.

Zara is owned by the Inditex Group, and as part of their objective to achieve 100% eco-efficient stores by 2020, this store at Block 37 is notable for its far-reaching sustainability and energy efficiency measures. It saves an average of 30% on electricity and 50% on water consumption compared to conventional stores.

Visit the new store today! It’s awesome.
