Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2011: Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Karlie Kloss, Candice Swanepoel, Izabel Goulart, and more!

The Victoria’s Secret lingerie brand never ceases to amaze us with their annual fashion show (now showing for the 16th year in a row) and this year, they certainly pulled out all the stops! With performances from Kanye West and special guest Jay-Z, Adam Levine from Maroon 5, and Nicki Minaj, we thought it couldn’t get any better than this!

But wait–we haven’t even said a word about the stunning models yet! With Victoria’s Secret Angel Adriana Lima leading the pack (she says she’s been working out hardcore since August and it shows,) 38 angels showcased 69 lavish ensembles for the spectacular event.  But it wasn’t just returning Angels like Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel, Chanel Iman, Erin Heatherton, and Miranda Kerr who shined. There were also 15 new girls including top model Karlie Kloss along with Anja Rubik, Izabel Goulart, Anais Mali, Joan Smalls, Lindsey Ellingson, Liu Wen, Karmen Pedaru, and more.

The catwalk’s “It’s Show Time!” theme was made of 6 parts including Ballet, Passion, Super Angels, Aquatic Angels, New Orleans (“I Put a Spell On You”) and Club Pink. Australian model Miranda Kerr was back after being absent last year due to having baby Flynn.  You never would have known from her rock-hard abs.  Husband Orlando Bloom cheered from the front row as she flaunted her fierce figure.  A highlight for Kerr was during the Aquatic Angels series where she sported glass wings and a $2.5 million Fantasy Treasure bra encrusted with diamonds.

She wasn’t the only one who wore stunning wings.  Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio strutted her stuff in wings that weighed 22lbs and made of gold plates and more than 100,000 Swarovski crystals.

Adriana Lima showed ’em who’s boss with stunning abs and various intricate costumes including a colorful superhero ensemble and another Black Swan type outfit featuring black feathers and sheer black lingerie.  Still can’t believe this girl is a mother! You would never know it from her figure.

The crowd awed its approval as Adam Levine gave his girlfriend Anna Vyalitsyna a quick kiss as she sashayed down the runway during his performance of “Moves Like Jagger.” She looked stunning in a glittery blue lingerie piece and was clearly smitten by her doting boyfriend.

Karlie Kloss made her first appearance on the runway, taking our breath away with a disco ball dress revealing Club Pink underwear near the finale.

Lots of other models who were a fixture on the runways for New York, London, Milan, and Paris Fashion Weeks were also Angels this year including Anja Rubik, Karmen Pedaru, Constance Jablonski, Joan Smalls, Liu Wen, and Anais Mali. They weren’t the only beauties. Other models included Lily Donaldson, Izabel Goulart, Lily Aldridge, Behati Prinsloo, Emanuela De Paula, and more. Sharing the front row with Orlando Bloom–-Beyonce and Carine Roitfeld, among others.  The event was truly an unforgettable experience.
