So a couple of months ago I attended the Victoria's Secret Holiday 2010 press preview. Truth be told I'm normally not a fan of their perfumes. So it was with intrepidation I ventured over to the displays on that side of the room. There are some new scents for the holidays. All were surprisingly better than expected, but one stood out as my hands down favorite. Bombshell. Yep, I said it. But don't let the name fool you. It's light, fresh, fruity and floral. Sexy in an understated way. Do I think the name suits the scent? Absolutely not! Do I care? Not really.
I was given a little sample in my gift bag and even though it wasn't available yet, I found myself wearing it every day. Since I am so picky, that says something. I hate to admit, but I'm a fan of Victoria's Secret newest scent.
YES! I LOOK FORWARD TO #GROWINGYOUNGER

The fragrance is a combination of Purple Passion Fruit from the Brazilian rainforest and effervescent Moscato d’Asti grapes from Tuscany (I knew there was a reason I liked this scent!). There are also Shangri-la Yellow Peonies. Vanilla Orchid (the bloom of the vanilla plant) and Italian Sunstruck Pine (aromatic note of Ligurian Pine captured at the moment it’s warmed by the afternoon sun).
The Bombshell collection includes: Eau de Parfum, $45 1.7 oz.; Body Mist, $25 8.4 oz.; Body Lotion, $20 8.4 oz.; Luminous Body Powder, $25 2.6 oz.

Dear Second City Staff and Interns,
I like your blog but I am getting frustrated as a reader. Many of your posts include spelling errors. I know that you probably write here for free but spell checking never hurts. “Intrepidation” is not a word. In order to market yourself as the tremendous fashion and style experts that you are, basic grammer skills are essential. Hell, I’ll copy edit for you if you really need it.
Thanks for listening and keep up the good work.
