Victoria Beckham’s Sister Label to Merge with her Denim Line in 2016
VVB or ‘Victoria, Victoria Beckham,’ the sister dress line by none other than Victoria Beckham herself, is to merge with her denim line under the VVB name to expand the brand. This will bring attention to both lines and appeal to a larger market. “It’s now time to take the VVB girls on further adventures — beyond the parties and cocktails and into the workplace and the everyday,” Victoria Beckham said. “The key elements of the denim collection that have resonated incredibly well with my girl fit so neatly within the Victoria, Victoria Beckham line that over time we saw it only made sense to combine the two into one collection. The possibilities are really exciting.” Beckham’s line will range in price from $195 to $1,900 and may be purchased at Nordstrom or through her website, victoriabeckham.com.
Pharrell Williams to Launch Limited Edition Pieces for Adidas
Pharrell Williams has been a predominant name not only in the music industry, but the fashion industry as well and since his collaboration with Adidas Originals, he has been able to successfully show off his talent with his intricate designs. His latest collection was inspired by a trip he took to Paris’ Marché Saint Pierre located at the foot of Montmartre’s Sacre-Coeur church, where he discovered two vintage floral unisex jackets. He then reinterpreted these designs and made jackets along with Stan Smith shoes for his limited edition collection. Making its debut May 30th, prices for these items range from $854 for the jackets, and $205 for the shoes.
Guess Inc. Collaborates with This Year’s Gumball 3000 Road Rally
Beginning May 23, Gumball 3000 Road Rally will be taking off from Stockholm and making its way to Las Vegas in a very stylish way might I add. This ad campaign for Guess does anything but shy away from their sexy line and it shows! Red and White leather jackets are to be worn by drivers participating in the race, along with black denim jackets for other participators. Models Danielle Knudson, Simone Holtznagel and Natalie Pack will also be participating, and will make pit stops in Oslo, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Reno, Nevada, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
