I’m telling you, idle time and me do NOT mix. I get myself into a whole heap of trouble. Take yesterday for instance. The line was shockingly non-existent at the post office so I found myself on my way to my Exhale CoreFusion class early. So I leisurely strolled my two block walk down Madison Avenue. I have passed the Jack Vartanian store countless times and have drooled on their windows, but had never gone in becuase I usually don’t have time and am always in my workout clothes which I consider a no-no on Madison Avenue. It doesn’t stop me from running into Intermix, but that’s about it and they ignore me dressed that way anyway. Yesterday however, with 20 minutes to kill…I walked in. HUGE mistake.
The staff could not have been kinder! No attitude here which was a pleasant surprise. My eyes first fell upon a breathtaking 35 carat emerald ring which I was encouraged to try on. It was A-MAZING! After having tried on a Harry Winston diamond recently for a cool $1.6 million, this was a relative steal at $85,000. I digress. I also fell in love with Jack Vartanian’s signature Handcuff Bracelet in Rose Gold. It also comes in yellow or white gold each with 4 diamonds and all are $12,000. In case you are wondering…you wear both on the same arm. Not one on each wrist like a common criminal. Now these handcuffs I would be happy to wear. Hear that honey?
