Oh, here we go again. Wanton consumerism brought to you Rachel Zoe, who claims she "cannot go into Decades without buying something." Well, we are not going to rip that hard on her, because we definitely have stores that effect us like that. But come on, who collects Birkins? And it’s funny that she works to support her habits, because when she walks into Decades, work (aka, looking for dresses for Joy Bryant) falls by the wayside so Rachel can shop for herself!
