Spring/Summer 2011 Trend Alert: Brightly Hued Handbags

Summary: So you're looking for that one handbag to buy for the upcoming Spring/Summer season that will keep you on trend, but don't know what it is? Let us help. This season you need a brightly hued bag. Bring back the 80's please! The brighter, the better. The good news is, it doesn't matter the shape or style. The point is to stand out! Now you're wondering how to wear your new bright bag? Well you have choices here too. You don't have to rely on an all white or black outfit (but you can go that route if you wish). If you dare to go bold you can mix bright colors with your bag (check out the Fendi S/S '11 runway for inspiration and to see how it's done properly). Or match it with a black background, floral print. Just make sure the bag matches one of the colors in the dress. Or if you are not as daring, pair your bright bag with the nude hues that were seen all over the spring runway. Just be sure to add a pop of color. Oh and don't match the color of the bag to your shoes. Unless you're Paris Hilton…and frankly even she shouldn't.
