I’m happy to say that our favorite Belarusian is back! Project Runway’s season 10 winner, Dmitry Sholokhov, will be debuting his first ever collection at the end of this month. Lord & Taylor announced the exclusive launch. This premier collection will include eight cocktail and evening dresses and will be sold exclusively in select Lord & Taylor stores.
“We love working with Dmitry and we were very impressed with his runway show,” said Bonnie Brooks, President of Hudson’s Bay Company, the parent of Lord & Taylor. “This line offers fans of the show the ability to purchase some of his signature looks.”
The collection is geared toward the contemporary woman and feature many of Sholokhov’s signature design aesthetic. These dresses, fit for spring, appear in colors including ivory, gold, blush, teal and classic black in satin crepe, stretch knit and embroidered lace.
“Lord & Taylor has been such a supportive partner, both during my time on Project Runway and after, and I cannot think of a better store to carry my debut collection,” said Sholokhov.
Sholokhov will make an appearance at Lord & Taylor’s Fifth Avenue store on Thursday, April 4, from 6 p.m.- 8 p.m. to meet with customers and sign sketches of his designs. His dresses will be available beginning March 30 and retail for $259-$329. They can be found at lordandtaylor.com, the store’s Fifth Avenue flagship as well as other select store locations.
