Project Runway All Stars, Season 3 Episode 3: Sip Into Something Sexier. Memorable Quotes From Last Night’s Episode

The designers meet host Alyssa Milano at Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club to hear about their next challenge: they will design cocktail dresses! The legendary club will be inspiration for this week’s challenge, and each designer will choose a cocktail and pay close attention to the ingredients, colors and presentation. Here’s the catch – the budget for fabric at Mood is only $100! Mychael picks his drink first because he won last week. The designers sketch their designs while enjoying their cocktails. A while later in the workroom, mentor Zanna Roberts Rassi gives her critiques and announces the designers will be creating a “garnish” for their looks by creating an accessory for their dresses. By the end of the night, some designers are really pressed for time. The day of the runway, there is some stress, but there is minimal drama. No major meltdowns to report this week!

The guest judges are fashion designer Rebecca Minkoff and interior designer Nate Berkus. This week’s looks were highly praised (for the most part) and Alyssa even mentioned she will wear the winning dress to a cocktail party. This week’s winner is between Christopher and Viktor, and the winner is Viktor! The designer going home is either Jeffrey or Melissa. Sadly, Melissa is leaving the competition and Jeffrey  just barely made it. Alyssa Milano will wear both Viktor and Christopher’s dresses in the future!
