Summary: Inspired by crisp, classic 60s French pop (think Deneuve in Umbrellas of Cherbourg) Malan Breton created a collection that shined. Instead of trying to accomplish too much, he was bold and confident enough to send beautifully sculpted pieces down the runway that stood their ground. Clearly, Breton understands the chic sensibility of European style– he’s not trying to hard and dares to let the garments speak for themselves. And they sing a sweet (albeit sometimes dramatic) melody.

Colors: creme, ruby, cloud, sapphire, onyx, navy, smoke, black

Fabrics & Textures: herringbone wool, satin-faced gazar, honeycomb silk faille, organza silk jersey, angora, duchesse, wool tuille, satin, sillk/wool, silk-on-silk
