Summary: Sure we can recognize the uptown chic anywhere but Michael Kors took went the extra mile this season; making sure his look was singular and not too much in the vein of other upper east side favorites Oscar and Ralph. Included in the 67 looks was a red fox stole, ostrich jacket, satin wool flannel (!), poplin, and tweed chiffon. The result was a collection that was a step forward for Kors — a daring but successful advent.
Colors: camel, nude, cheetah, crepe, ebony, espresso, saffron, olive, brushstroke plaid, vine, iris, lilac, charcoal, smoke, amethyst, ash, white, gold, black, ecru, leaf
Fabrics: shantung, suede, cashmere, corduroy, doe-skin, mink, fur embellishment, crepe, mohair velvet, sharkskin, faille, stretch wool, patent, ikate, brushstroke satin, herringbone tweed, silk cloque
