Ludwig Heissmeyer will take over as creative director for Rena Lange, succeeding Annick Gorman. Heissmeyer was most recently design director at Carolina Herrera for 10 years and before that had a stint at Michael Kors. Heissmeyer’s duties will require the 37 year old designer to be based in Munich and will have creative direction and responsibility for the development of the Rena Lange collection and overseeing the design team. His first input will be seen in the pre-fall 2015 collection.
