Beauty Review. Lipstick Queen's Big Bang Theory

LQ_BigBang_group

It is no secret the staff at Second City Style are huge fans of Poppy King's Lipstick Queen collection. Her colors and textures are amazing. But something was missing. Gloss. Well no longer. This spring she welcomes Big Bang Theory – Illusion Gloss to her collection. What's the big illusion? Creating the look of fuller, beautiful, Angelina Jolie lips without the sting or injections.

The idea of Big Bang Theory – Illusion Gloss came when Poppy was reading an article about the re-creation of the The Big Bang Theory. The term Big Bang generally refers to the idea that the universe has expanded from a finite time in the past, and continues to expand to this day. “As with everything I read, see, touch and experience, I thought about how I could relate this fascinating information to lips. I thought of my theory, that the right ratio of shimmer to shine can create the illusion of plumper lips.”

What I love most about the gloss is that it's not sticky and the shades compliment my lipstick. My lips do actually look fuller….again, I'm hooked.
