The skin and hair care brand has always supported HIV/AIDS charities, and this year is no exception. Kiehl’s has joined forces with amfAR once again for the fourth annual Kiehl’s LifeRide for amfAR. The multi-day charity motorcycle ride will take place from July 31-August 8, 2013 in the Pacific Northwest. Kiehl’s will also be introducing a limited edition ultimate strength hand salve with 100% of the profits benefiting amfAR.
Riders will include Kiehl’s USA President Chris Salgardo, amfAR CEO Kevin Robert Frost, John Corbett, Gilles Marini, Kurt Yaeger, Teddy Sears, and Rugby Champion Ben Cohen. Sharon Stone will be accepting the check for the full donation to amfAR on August 8 at The Grove in Los Angeles.
The motorcycle rode will be making stops along the way! All are welcome to join the festivities:
July 31: Kiehl’s Bellevue Square, Bellevue, WA – 11am – 12pm and Kiehl’s University Village, Seattle, WA – 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Aug. 1: Kiehl’s Portland, 712 North West 23rd Ave., Portland, OR – 11am – 1pm
Aug. 4: Kiehl’s Westfield San Francisco Centre, San Francisco, CA – 2:30pm – 3:30pm
Aug. 5: Kiehl’s Fillmore St., 1971 Fillmore St., San Francisco, CA –12:30pm – 2:30pm
Aug. 6: Kiehl’s Westfield Valley Fair, Santa Clara, CA – 12pm – 1pm
Aug. 8: Kiehl’s at The Grove, Los Angeles, CA – 12pm – 3pm
Kiehl’s will be posting photos on Instagram and encouraging followers to post pictures, tag @KiehlsNYC, and use the hashtag #LifeRideMatch. The beauty brand will contribute $10,000 of the total donation on behalf of the top four followers who post the most pictures!
