Holiday Shopping at Chicago Premium Outlets
I visited Chicago Premium Outlets in Aurora on Saturday and I have to tell you it is totally worth the trip! The shopping is very pleasant and does not feel crowded, especially now that the outdoor mall has expanded and includes even more parking. I recommend getting there early. I arrived at 10 am for a Holiday Blogger event. Not only is it peaceful and easy to park when you get there early but you will want the extra time to plan your VIP coupon strategy and to cover all your favorite stores.
We had a blast finding the best bargains of the day, getting in some holiday gift shopping and a little “selfish shopping” too. There just happened to be plenty of holiday party wear items on sale I could not resist.
Good news! If you don’t have a car Chicago Premium Outlets offer a shuttle from Chicago. Plan a fun-filled shopping day with the girls! Stop for a quick bite in the food court or at one of the restaurants when you need sustinence. They have one of my personal favorites, MBurger, as well as (a must-have) Starbucks. Check out the ice skating rink and holiday hours at Chicago Premium Outlets and bring the family.
Oh what fun it was to shop! Here are some of my finds.
My “loot” was all under $100! I found a fabulous grab bag gift “cheers” zip bag at kate spade with an extra discount ($28.15). I needed (OK, wanted) some holiday party pants on sale with an extra discount at Ann Taylor ($30.31), and stumbled upon the perfect pair of sneakers at Nike ($32.46).
Visit Chicago Premium Outlets for holiday shopping. Don’t worry – returns are accepted for many items at most of the stores.
