There’s something about the holidays that brings out my inner kid — especially when it comes to easy, adorable treats that look far more impressive than they actually are. These adorable Christmas Wreath Pretzel Treats check all the boxes: festive, fun, sweet-and-salty and ridiculously simple to make. Honestly, they’re the kind of little project you can knock out while watching a holiday movie… or while sneaking a few pretzels along the way.
I love that these wreaths require zero baking (a win this time of year!) and only a handful of ingredients you can grab at any grocery store. The green melting chocolate gives them a pop of color, the sprinkles make them festive, and the Pull-n-Peel licorice “bow” is just too cute. They’re charming enough for gifting, pretty on a dessert tray, and easy enough for kids and adults to make together.
If you’re looking for a low-stress holiday treat that makes people smile before they’ve even taken a bite, these little wreaths are it. And trust me — once you make them, you’ll want to keep a stash in the fridge all season long.

Christmas Wreath Pretzel Treats
Prep: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | Inactive Time: 45 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- Pretzels
- Green melting chocolate
- Festive sprinkles
- Pull -n- Peel licorice
Directions:
- Lay a piece of parchment paper (or wax paper) on a flat surface.
- Place the green melting chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until completely smooth and melted.
- Dip a pretzel into the melting chocolate, bottom side down, only dipping about halfway up. Shake off any excess chocolate.
- Arrange 6 pretzels in a circle to form the base of the wreath.
- Dip 5 more pretzels and layer them on top of the base circle, slightly offset to create a fuller wreath shape.
- Pull apart a strand of Pull-n-Peel licorice, break it into a shorter piece, and form a small bow. Press the bow gently onto the bottom of the wreath.
- Immediately add festive sprinkles to decorate.
- Place the wreaths in the fridge to harden for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes:
- If the melting chocolate begins to thicken or harden while you’re working, simply stir in a small amount of neutral oil, like avocado oil, to loosen it and keep it smooth and pourable.
- These treats make a great holiday gift or party favor.
- Package them in treat bags or festive tins for gifting.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve to keep the chocolate firm.
- You can customize the wreaths with different colored sprinkles for more variety
