Teri Hatcher in Badgley Mischka at Eva Longoria’s wedding
Ah, now it all makes sense. Teri Hatcher caught heat for not only turning Eva Longoria’s wedding into her personal photo op last month, but for wearing a specially commissioned gown by Badgley Mischka. That would not be so bad had it not looked similar to the bridesmaid dresses that also happened to be made by the designing duo. Well guess what? Teri Hatcher just so happens to be the new face for Badgley Mischka’s fall advertising campaign. Teri’s ‘desperate’ to be a model.
According to WWD, photographer Ellen Von Unwerth just had one day to shoot. Hatcher modeled six different outfits — from a black lamé ruched evening gown with spaghetti straps to a silk satin polkadot bra with tap pants and a garter belt — and loads of accessories.

Her print ads will appear in next month’s issues of Vogue, In Style and Vanity Fair, and the images will be used for an outdoor campaign. The actress also will attend Badgley Mischka’s Sept. 6 runway show at Bryant Park during New York Fashion Week, one of several appearances she plans to make for the label.
