Welcome to the Big Apple! This past Monday, luxury fashion jewelry line IPPOLITA opened their first retail store located at 796 Madison Avenue in New York City. I walked by the space under construction a few weeks ago and was wondering when it was opening. Now we know!
The first of 12 stores to open in the US within the next 3 years, the Madison Avenue boutique offers customers a fashion shopping experience with a focus on wardrobing, which has become part of the brand’s DNA. Unlike traditional jewelry stores that have a more formal selling style, IPPOLITA’s stylists will help customers create their own wardrobe looks. We’re all for that!
The boutique will feature the designer’s classic Gold, Silver and Rose collections—as well as exclusive vintage-style and one-of-a-kind creations in gold, diamonds and silver. The store opening also marks the retail debut of the first IPPOLITA handbag collection, which will be sold exclusively at the boutique. Constructed with python, suede, wood, and brass, the bags are available in multiple color-ways and all feature a yellow-gold chain strap that can be detached and worn as a necklace. Prices start at $1495.
