H&M Taps Olivia Wilde as Ambassador
Olivia Wilde is the face for H&M’s Conscious Exclusive collection. The collection is entirely comprised of environmentally sustainable clothing. In addition to being the new ambassador Wilde is also one of the faces for Revlon and the co-founder of philanthropic e-commerce site Conscious Commerce. The line will launch in about 200 H&M stores on April 16. The focus will be on dresses and hand-drawn prints and will draw inspiration from African, Asian and Indian cultures in cut and detailing.
Laura Bailey for L.K. Bennett
L.K. Bennett has chosen Laura Bailey to design a new capsule collection. The collection will consist of shoes and a clutch and will launch for spring 2015. The shoes portray a retro-modern style and will be on sale March 25. Italy’s Amalfi coast and screen stars of the Fifties and Sixties were the inspiration. Colors seen throughout the line are sea blue, sandy yellow, red, white and navy.
Lizzy Jagger New Face for MCM
Following a gender-bending campaign, MCM has revealed its face for the spring campaign will be Lizzy Jagger. The campaign is titled “Game On, Diamond Land” and shows Jagger in front of a light-gray background cradling a number of styles. The campaign is set to hit newsstands in January 2015.
