If you’ve been to Fashion Week, then you know the Daily Front Row. It’s the sophisticated glossy that comes out everyday during the shows. Their tireless crew must be up each and every night to make sure there’s a new edition by the time you go to the 10am show the next morning.
The Daily Front Row held their first-ever awards show last week in LA and the stars really came out to celebrate. On hand for the Fashion LA Awards – Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Rihanna, Kanye West, Gigi Hadid, Drew Barrymore, Ciara, Kerry Washington, and Nicole Richie. And let’s not forget Dita von Teese, Minka Kelly, Liberty Ross, Cody Simpson, and Rachel Zoe.
The awards show celebrate fashion’s contributions to Hollywood style and we celebrated seeing so many stars in the front row! It was hosted by Yahoo’s Joe Zee and E’s Zanna Roberts Rassi. Designer Jeremy Scott (surrounded by a bevy of beauties in front) won the coveted Womenswear Designer of the Year award while Gigi Hadid won Model of the Year, Christian Louboutin won Shoe Designer of the Year, and Mazdack Rassi from Milk Studios won Fashion Innovator of the Year.
Let’s take a look at some of the stellar fashion of the evening which include Miley’s Moschino shirtdress, Rihanna’s gold coat, and Katy Perry’s pink fur.
Miley Cyrus In MoschinoMiley, Jeremy Scott, Rihanna, Katy PerryKerry Washington, Kanye West, CiaraKanye posed with Kerry Washington and Ciara, who have both lost their baby weight in an inconceivable amount of time. While I wasn’t too surprised by Ciara’s outfit (she will always go out of her way to show off her abs and why not? If you got ’em, flaunt ’em) but Kerry’s look was distinctly colorless – a look I’m not used to seeing from the actress.

Not in love with this black Alfredo Villalba gown, but I’m actually digging Richie’s pink hair. It was a night of unique haircuts and hair hues including Rihanna’s long locks, Miley’s every present blond pixie, Katy Perry’s purple, and Nicole Richie’s pink.

My favorite outfit of the night would have to be Drew Barrymore‘s multi-print, multi-textured look. It’s not something we’re used to seeing from the beautiful star. She wore a Zara short sleeve top, Milly print skirt, glitter shoes, and a Dior clutch! Much better than Katy Perry’s Adidas flip flops!
