stylish comfort shoes at sas SAS Moxie Pump

San Antonio Shoemakers (SAS) opened a Chicago area store last Friday at the St. James Crossing center in Westmont. After browsing their website I noticed many comfort shoes that you may associate with your mom (or your grandmother) but if you are a good shopper (as I pride myself to be) you will find some very cute classic styles.

Put Some Spring In Your Step With Block Heels

Thank God it all comes back to the block heel. Roger Vivier can be credited with this shoe silhouette which was considered very new and different 1965, when it came down the Yves Saint Laurent runway. Actually that one had a square toe and looked more like a Pilgrim shoe with it’s large metal buckle. In fact the same shoes has been brought back this season, I digress. I just love my fashion history.

What is old is almost always new again especially when it comes to fashion so it should come as no surprise block heels are once again on trend for spring.
