The minute it gets wet and rainy outside, you no longer reach for your suede platform pumps. Why can’t you wear statement shoes on a rainy day? I’m not talking about rain boots (Ick!) Here are some shoes that fit my criteria. They are not too treacherously high, not suede, and some have a rubber or lug sole. These shoes are fashionable, make a statement and are still sensible for walking on wet sidewalks. In fact these shoes are so great you’ll wear them when it’s dry! Let’s just say you won’t save ’em for a rainy day.
