Don’t you dare put ketchup on your hotdog! Only mustard will do, especially in Chicago. I learned that the hard way. I was at my a Chicago street fair my first week living in Chicago (it was July) and I went to put the red stuff on my hot-dog and screams of horror came from my friends witnessing this apparent heinous act.
