Loreal_Color_Riche_Pallets
When L’Oréal Paris asked us to style outfits around their Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quads we thought it would be easy. Little did we know at the time that there were so many to chose from! L’Oréal Paris recently expand its Colour Riche franchise to include a new, curated collection of twenty eye shadow quads that have been customized with trend-driven, wearable hues and specially developed to create not just one eye look—but endless statement looks for your every mood. Available in both pearl and matte finishes, the sophisticated shades in the new L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quads vary from softly shimmering to bold and intensely rich. These powder-based eye shadows have a creamy, silky texture for easy, blendable application.
Needless to say this turned out to be quite the challenge, but one that really made us re-evaluate our closets. Let’s see how we fared:

LOreal_Shopping Spree 550
Lauren: I was inspired by the L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quad Shopping Spree #560 palette from The Bold Collection and NOT just because of the name, although it’s perfect. Anybody who knows me, knows I have a lot of black in my closet, so obviously the dark greys in this collection caught my eye, but I also loved the pop of pink. So I based everything around these pink spring silk pants…and of course added black. Lots of black.
I’m wearing:
Leather Jacket: ADAM by Adam Lippes (no longer available). This J Brand Aiah Leather Biker Jacket, $980.10 is similar.
Sweater: Autumn Cashmere Sweater (no longer available), but this 360 Sweater Cashmere Bree Sweater, $220 is close.
Pants: Zara (no longer available), but these 3.1 Phillip LimSilk-crepe Pants, $375 are almost an exact match.
Shoes: Alexander Wang Liya Ankle Strap Pumps, $495
Necklace: Mixology NYC, courtesy of mixologynyc.com.

Carol: I am looking forward to spring and wearing bright colors!  The emerald green in L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Shadow Quad Neon Skirt # 313 from The Bold Collection is one of my favorite colors. This palette reminded me that green, lilac and gold metallic make an unexpected, yet fresh color combination. These colors are very Studio 54 glam.
I’m Wearing:
Top: Intermix Exclusive Silk Top (no longer available). This Ramy Brook Paige Satin Tie-Neck Top, $295 is the same emerald color.
Sash: My own from the 1980s. Add a similar pop of color with this Club Monaco Reversible Ava Belt , $40.
Jacket: Zara, (no longer available). See this Barneys New York Leather Sleeve Coat, $1395
Pants: Cynthia Rowley, (no longer available), but similar to these Theory ‘Sienna’ Crop Pants in Black, $85
Shoes: Wythe NY Darby Suede Pumps, now $59
Bag: Banana Republic, (no longer available). See this Rochas 24 Hour Metallic Gold Clutch, now $600
