Shades Of Fall: Robert Verdi Presents His Fall Sunglass Collection For HSN

Our friend, celebrity stylist Robert Verdi, is debuting his new Fall sunglass collection exclusively for HSN next week! Sadly, I noticed there are none in my honor, but I can still hold out hope for NEXT season.
Who better to have a sunglass collection than Robert? Afterall his trademark is wearing sunglasses on top of his bald head, Verdi bring his fall sunglass collection to HSN with a variety of frame styles, unique colors and prints; all for under $40. The collection includes an exciting assortment from a true tastemaker, featuring both current and upcoming trends.
I had the opportunity to ask Robert a bit about his new collection:
SCS: What was the inspiration for this collection?
RV: This collection is full of secret surprises. I have a love for color that I wanted to share through this collection so there are a lot of secret surprises and a lot of bright backsprays on classic frame silhouettes that make them feel updated, but are also a great little style secret for the women wearing them.
SCS: How is this collection different than your first collection for HSN?
RV: My Fall collection on HSN takes some of my favorite trends to a more fashion forward place. For example the cat eye frames are more angular so the shape is more emphasized. People are going to love that the overall shapes are stronger. Whether they are larger for a more glam effect or smaller and sophisticated.
SCS: What are some style tips you can give us for wearing sunglasses into the fall?
RV: As your wardrobe starts to tone down in color and you move away from brights, sunglasses can give you that little punch, that kick of color that is often missing in fall wardrobes. (give names of some of the sunglasses with bright backsprays) give you a splash of color on the backspray that gives a great peekaboo of color that makes your outfit more unique and exciting.
SCS:  When do you air with this collection so we can all watch?
RV: Watch me launch this brand new July collection on HSN, July 18th at 7am and 8pm and July 19th at 9am and 5pm (all times EST).
SCS: When are you going to have a pair called “Lauren”?
RV: Hint hint, there are more collections to come.
